2. Use of Service

You may use QuizMate for creating and taking assessments, practice learning, and related educational purposes. You must not misuse the platform (e.g. circumventing secure exam mode, cheating, or violating applicable laws).

3. Accounts and Payment

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Pay-per-quiz pricing applies as described on our Pricing section. Refunds are handled in line with our support policy.

4. Intellectual Property

QuizMate and its branding are our property. You retain rights to content you create (e.g. questions, quizzes). You grant us a license to use that content to operate the service.
